Shanghai, 16 January 2008
On January 16, 2008 the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) will hold on international conference on Human Resources for China's Travel & Tourism industry, taking place in Shanghai at the JW Marriott Hotel.
The phenomenal economic growth in the Chinese economy in recent years is generating the need for millions of new jobs to be created in the industry in the next few years. The HR issues related to this are a major challenge for both foreign and Chinese organizations. The Conference will provide a valuable opportunity for the emerging Travel & Tourism industry in China to demonstrate its achievements and success and gain an insight into the people development policies and ideas practiced by foreign organizations.
