Further, there are six green field projects under construction - The Grand Resort Bekal (Kerala), The Grand Ahmedabad, The Grand Jaipur, The Grand Chandigarh and The Grand Noida along with The Grand Fort Dubai, the first overseas venture.

Mrs Jyotsna Suri, Chairperson & Managing Director took over the helm of affairs in 2006 after the sudden demise of the company's founder Chairman Mr Lalit Suri. Prior to this, Mrs Suri was the company's Joint Managing Director. She is also an international Executive Committee member of WTTC and the Chairperson of the tourism committee, FICCI (Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry).

The Group also has interests in automobiles, automotive car air-conditioning systems, telecommunications, information technology, education, human resource services, real estate and property development.
