Espirito Santo Tourism (EST) is the holding company for all the investments of Group Espirito Santo in the tourism area, mainly in hotel, travel and resort development.

Through Tivoli Hotels, EST manages a total of fourteen hotels, in Portugal and in Brazil, where it recently opened a new hotel in São Paulo.

EST has a dominant position in the travel distribution sector through Top Atlântico with over 100 travel agencies in Portugal and subsidiary companies in the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain and Brazil.

Resort development is one area of EST's portfolio which has seen significant growth. "COMPORTA" situated on the Atlantic Coast, one hour south of Lisbon, is one of the Group's main projects. With a total area of 12,500 ha, of which 742 ha are for tourist development, this makes it one of the most relevant projects in Portugal.
