Ali Hassan Kolaghassi is the Vice President of Saudi Oger Ltd, Senior Advisor to Sheikh Saad Hariri (President of Saudi Oger and Chairman of Saraya Holdings), Vice Chairman and CEO of Saraya Holdings Ltd, Vice Chairman of Saraya Aqaba, Board Member of Saraya Islands and Chairman of Saraya Aviation. In all functions and duties, Kolaghassi's special insight in business creation and development, sharpened by his legal and business training, enable him to identify opportunities and pursue them from concept to implementation, while managing the financing and structuring.

Furthermore, Kolaghassi is the Chairman of the Saraya Real Estate MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Fund and Arab Bank Capital Board Member. He spearheaded the innovative Abdali project - the first public-private partnership in Jordan for the comprehensive development of a central district in Amman. Kolaghassi is the Chairman of "Ahya' Amman" and he is also a Board Member of MEDGULF-Jordan, the Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Company, as well as Board Member of Saudi Med Investment Company.

At Saudi Oger headquarters, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kolaghassi worked under the leadership of Sheikh Saad Hariri, and assisted in the expansion of the company's core operations of contracting, property management, maintenance, and banking. Kolaghassi succeeded in the breaking of new grounds for the company by initiating its investments in the telecom and real estate sectors; as he is also a Board Member of Oger Telecom.

Complementing the above roles, Kolaghassi is the Chairman and Board Member of several international companies. He also holds the title of "Real Estate Industry Champion", bestowed by the Young Arab Leaders Organization (YAL) in 2005.
