Sir Ian Prosser was Chairman of the World Travel & Tourism Council from 2001-2004.

Sir Ian is currently Non-executive Deputy Chairman of BP plc, senior independent director of GlaxoSmithkline plc and a non-executive director of Sara Lee Corporation.
