Stephen P. Holmes is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE:WYN). With more than 55 brands and 2009 revenues of over $3.8 billion, Wyndham is one of the world's largest hospitality companies. It employs approximately 25,000 people and operates in 100 countries. Wyndham Worldwide has been named on Fortune's Most Admired list three years in a row, 2008 to 2010.

Prior to the formation of Wyndham Worldwide in 2006, Mr Holmes was Vice Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of Cendant Corporation and was Chief Executive Officer of Cendant's Travel Content Division.

From 1990 to 1996, Mr Holmes was Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of HFS Incorporated. During his tenure as CFO at HFS, the company acquired more than 20 businesses and was one of the fastest growing stocks on the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to joining HFS, Mr Holmes was a Managing Director of The Blackstone Group.

In addition to his position at Wyndham Worldwide, Mr Holmes serves on the Executive Committee of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) and numerous charitable organizations. Mr Holmes was inducted into the Travel Industry Hall of Fame in October 2007.
