Real GDP growth for Travel & Tourism economy is expected to be -2.2% in 2010 and to average 3.9% per annum over the coming 10 years.
Visitor Exports
Export earnings from international visitors and tourism goods are expected to generate 26.3% of total exports (AMD141.3bn or US$368.0mn) in 2010, growing (nominal terms) to AMD210.6bn or US$565.4mn (17.2%) of total in 2020.
Investment
Travel & Tourism investment is estimated at AMD145.3bn, US$378.4mn or 10.9% of total investment in 2010. By 2020, this should reach AMD343.0bn, US$920.7mn or 11.5% of total investment.
