Employment
The contribution of the Travel & Tourism economy to employment is expected to fall to 91,000 jobs in 2008,8.3% of total employment or 1 in every 12.0 jobs to 87,000 jobs, 7.9% of total employment or 1 in every 12.6 jobs by 2019.

Growth
Real GDP growth for Travel & Tourism economy is expected to be 1.6% in 2009 and to average 4.8% per annum over the coming 10 years.

Exports
Export earnings from international visitors and tourism goods are expected to generate 19.6% of total exports (AMD126.3 bn or US$405.1 mn) in 2009, growing (nominal terms) to AMD256.7 bn or US$797.2 mn (18.4%) of total in 2019.
