Visitor Exports
Export earnings from international visitors and tourism goods are expected to generate 6.0% of total exports (XAF5.9bn or US$13.2mn) in 2010, growing (nominal terms) to XAF13.7bn or US$27.2mn (5.1% of total) in 2020.
Investment
Travel & Tourism investment is estimated at XAF6.6bn, US$14.9mn or 4.8% of total investment in 2010. By 2020, this should reach XAF14.7bn, US$29.1mn or 5.5% of total investment.
