Employment
The contribution of the Travel & Tourism economy to employment is expected to rise from 91,000 jobs in 2008, 8.3% of total employment or 1 in every 12.1 jobs to 86,000 jobs, 7.9% of total employment or 1 in every 12.7 jobs by 2018.

Growth
Real GDP growth for Travel & Tourism economy is expected to be 7.7% in 2008 and to average 4.7% per annum over the coming 10 years.

Exports
Export earnings from international visitors and tourism goods are expected to generate 21.3% of total exports (AMD131.3 bn or US$408.0 mn) in 2008, growing (nominal terms) to AMD231.9 bn or US$696.8 mn (17.9%) of total in 2018.
