The World Travel & Tourism Council together with the Host nation offer guidance on travel and accommodation for delegates to the Summit.

Arriving at the Summit

Arriving at the Summit

Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (code IATA: MAD, code OACI: LEMD) is located on the northeast of Madrid, only 12 kilometres (8 mi) from Madrid city centre and only 6 (4 mi) kilometres from IFEMA, where the Summit will be held. Registered delegates to the Summit who have communicated their flight arrivals information and are staying at one of the official Summit hotels (see below) will be provided with complimentary transportation to their hotel. International delegates staying in other Madrid hotels should use local transport.

The official hotels to the Global Summit 2015 are the Hotel Gran Meliá Fénix, Hesperia Madrid Hotel, Meliá Castilla and the NH Collection Eurobuilding. Official Summit hotels provide special discounted rates and offers to registered delegates to the Global Summit. Full details of offers will be published to delegates upon registration.
