Howard Eng has been President and CEO of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) since 2012. In his role, Howard has focused the GTAA team on delivering Toronto Pearson’s long-term vision: to become the best airport in the world.
Prior to joining the GTAA, Howard served as Executive Director, Airport Operations at the Airport Authority Hong Kong, which operates Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). In his 17 years with HKIA, Howard played an integral part in moving Hong Kong onto the world’s stage as a global hub that consistently enjoys top rankings.
From 1993 to 1995, Howard was Vice President of Operations at Edmonton International Airport in Alberta, Canada. Prior to that, he held various positions within Transport Canada.
