Will is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Dallas office. Since joining McKinsey in 2007, Will has served consumer travel clients on a broad set of commercial topics including pricing and revenue management, digital marketing, loyalty, customer experience, sales and distribution, and growth strategy. Will leads McKinsey’s Pricing and Revenue Management Service Line for the Travel, Transportation, and Logistics practice in North America. He co-created McKinsey’s unique pricing and revenue management decision support solution, Periscope Performance Vision for Airlines.
