Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is located on the northwest of Dallas, 25 kilometres (15.8 mi) from the Renaissance Hotel, where the Summit will be held. Registered delegates to the Summit who have communicated their flight arrivals information and are staying at one of the official Summit hotels (see below) will be provided with complimentary transportation to their hotel. International delegates staying in other Dallas hotels should use local transport.
The official hotel for the Global Summit 2016 is the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. Official Summit hotels provide special discounted rates and offers to registered delegates to the Global Summit. Full details of offers will be published to delegates upon registration. Please be aware that over the Summit period, Dallas city centre hotels are very busy with limited availability, so to avoid disappointment delegates should ensure they book as early as possible.
